  • How do I schedule my laundry to be picked up and delivered?
    Order online by clicking "Book Now", use our "Caribbean Clean Laundry" app, or call us at 812-526-2422
  • What should I put my laundry in?
    Laundry must be in a closable bag. Drawstring bags or trash bags work great! Schedule for routine service & get a FREE laundry bag.
  • Do I have to be home when you deliver or pick up?
    No, you can choose to leave your laundry in a secure location (e.g your front or back porch.) When scheduling the service, please provide clear instructions in the "notes" indicating where we can find your clothes and return them. If you prefer not to leave laundry unattended, please be available during scheduled time. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 1 hour before delivery. **we are not responsible for lost or damaged items left unattended**
  • How will I know how much I owe?
    Most items are charged by weight. Your balance will be updated after we weigh items at our facility. You will receive an email once the charge has been updated. Please see our pricing tab for more information.
  • What if I have special requests?
    If booking online- Leave special requests in the "notes" section when scheduling. E.g. hang dress pants, do not use softener, use free & clear detergent, ect.
  • Is there a minimum for delivery service?
    There is a $30 minimum for pickup & delivery. If your order is less than this amount, we will round it to meet the $30 minimum.
  • Why do I have to enter my Credit Card information when scheduling?
    Our delivery service uses a convenient, cashless payment system. After laundry has arrived at our facility, we weigh the laundry, and then your credit card on file is charged accordingly.
  • Do you deliver to my area?
    We service many areas in Columbus, Edinburgh, and Franklin Indiana. Select our "Map" tab to view our service area
  • Are my clothes washed with other peoples clothes?
    NEVER! Clothes will always stay separated and washed in separate machines
  • How do I reschedule or cancel my order?
    If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so online, the app, or by calling us at 812-526-2422. We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 1 hour before scheduled time to avoid a $15 Empty Trip Charge
  • What is a Empty Trip Charge?
    It is considered a "Empty Trip Charge" in the event that the customer is not home or laundry is unavailable for pickup during the scheduled time.We reserve the right to charge a $15 Empty Trip Charge fee. To avoid this fee, please reschedule or cancel at least 1 hour prior to scheduled time
